- Gleam & Charm is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns & Refunds
- For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry once used, worn, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
- Only defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for replacement or refund. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images or video).
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
