1.Replacement Eligibility

  • Only damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement.
  • Customers must inform us within 4 days of delivery with proof of damage (such as images or videos).
  • If the damage is not reported within 4 days, the replacement request will not be accepted.
  • Once your replacement request is approved, the new product will be delivered within 7 days from the date of approval.
  • The customer are required to return the product within 4days of replacement approved by brand at their own expense.
  • No replacement is offered is the product seal is broken or torn .

2.Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable.
  • We do not provide refunds for any products under any circumstances.
  • Only replacements are offered for damaged or defective products reported within 4 days of delivery with valid proof.

Please ensure to include your order ID, contact details, and proof of damage while reporting the issue to help us process your request faster.
